Cherie Priest reads from "Fathom" and "Clementine" at B&N Northgate

I had the wonderful opportunity to listen to Cherie Priest read from two of her latest books: Fathom and Clementine.  Actually Fathom is one of her first published books, but it's been re-released in trade paperback so it's all shiny and new to me.  Clementine isn't even out yet, but she read from a proof copy.  It sounds great and I'll definitely be picking up a copy in May.  

I picked up a copy of Boneshaker, the Nebular nominated book and a copy of Fathom and she even signed both of them for me after the reading and QA.  She apparently signed quite a few books today!  It was a fun time and I learned more about the life of an author by listening to her describe some of her process and works in progress.

Now back to editing on my little novel.  I'm feeling inspired!
