Mr. Johnson is the President of Johnson HR Consulting, Inc.  The company was founded in 1990. 
Mr. Johnson has eighteen years of management consulting, IS and HRIS experience providing consulting services to a variety of organizations including educational, health care, industrial, financial, service and not-for-profit organizations. He provides services in total compensation design; base and incentive compensation plan design and implementation; performance management design and implementation; job analysis and design, and organizational effectiveness strategies.
