Our Recent Projects

Rattlesnake Ledge Trail - Version 2

Here are some of our recent projects.

New total compensation system

We worked with an organization in the Puget Sound area to survey the external market, review internal job content and design a new base salary plan.  In addition, we worked with the organization to review and compare benefits levels with the comparable external market.

Designed Information Technology job family and pay plan

We worked with a large organization to design and develop an information technology specific job family.  This included a survey of the external market and recommendations for placing the new job family levels into the existing salary structure.

Conducted market reviews for specific jobs

We worked with an organization in eastern Washington to conduct market pricings for a series of newly created and revised jobs.  The work involved assisting with the development of job descriptions and the gathering of relevant external salary survey data.

Benefits Review and Comparison

We worked with an organization to conduct a study of comparable benefit levels in the external market.  The work emphasized the communication of the benefits levels to the leaders of the organization in a clear and easy to understand manner.

Conducted market review of all jobs in specific department

We worked with an organization to survey the external market for all jobs in a specific department.  The work was designed to true up the pay levels in the organization with the market.
