About Us

Mission

Our mission is to provide innovative, practical and quality products and services, especially in the areas of reward, recognition, surveys and organization development. This covers total compensation including base salaries, variable pay, benefits, performance management, and employee surveys. We also provide information technology services related to human resource functions. One of the co-owners is a Microsoft Certified Professional.

We are involved in every step of each consulting engagement. Our company assesses, designs, and implements reward and recognition programs, customized surveys and organization development services. We also provide information technology support for clients related to these areas.

History

Our firm was incorporated in the state of Washington in June of 1990. We have extensive experience in human resources consulting. Our clients are located throughout the country, with a concentration in the Pacific Northwest.

We are located 30 minutes east of Seattle in North Bend, Washington.
